Lennar® uses "Everything Included®" as its primary branding and marketing campaign. Instead of emphasizing the business aspects of the builder or technical aspects of the housing, we focused on what comes with it: community. One way we took this one step further, was to demonstrate the company's allegiance to communities, and create publicity for Lennar®, we arranged for it to partner with the local no-kill humane society - creating a "no home is complete without a pet" campaign. This included the pets going to Lennar®'s events and using adorable cutouts of the animals needing homes in the advertising and at live events. All together, the successful campaign emphasized forever homes for two - and four- legged creatures, alike.
