This unique campaign focused on actually living in the community, and the unique family atmosphere of the Reserve instead of a “vacation community”, like their other competitors. Ads, billboards, emails, promotion materials, and display ads each created the message of the closeness and family atmosphere. The audience could actually visualize themselves living there.One of the biggest successes from this campaign was the creation of the mini Clemson football field tp honor the coach, Dabo Swinney. This went viral, and hit major new stations, including ESPN, that was viewed by over 26 million people.
